Dramuda is a well-known annual cultural programme for students of WCC. It is the combination of Drama, Music and Dance. Senior Dramuda was conducted on 18 September and Junior Dramuda on 21October, both during Assembly Hour via Zoom.

The seniors put up an amazing programme to showcase their talents as well as to welcome the first years. Soon after Senior Dramuda was conducted, the club coordinators contacted the first year students and gave them directions on how to put up Junior Dramuda, representing the various clubs of WCC. Accordingly, the juniors organised a fun-filled show that included dance, music and drama, to wow the seniors.

Dramuda is usually held in either the Auditorium or Lucy Peabody Hall. However owing to the pandemic, both Senior and Junior Dramuda had a new look this year. They were termed as "Virtual Senior Dramuda" and "Virtual Junior Dramuda", as they were presented online through Zoom and broadcast live on YouTube.

The programmes were hosted by Anne Aparna, the current Cultural Secretary. The events were anchored by the Literary & Debating Club and the Drama Club, who took charge of the script. SCM and Choir made unique presentations. The performances were compiled with the help of the Photography Club, which collaborated with Drama Club for the editing of the show. The Arts Club made a slideshow of club members’ artwork. The Dance Clubs (WDC, FDC & IDC) presented videos of their creditable performances. The music clubs (IMC and WMC) prepared vocals, harmonized them, and put on a fantastic show.

"We recorded everything separately and mixed it together. It was difficult to manage things online, but it was a different and good experience. We also took the responsibility to explain things to the juniors for their show. They did a mash-up and also included rappers. The efforts taken were great," says Princess Mary, the coordinator of WMC.

Most of the coordinators found it hard to direct the juniors and instruct them online, especially since the first years had never met in person before. Yet they put in a lot of effort to exhibit a fantastic show.
